Ferras Alquasi (born 1982), known as Ferras, is an United States of America, Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter who is signed with EMI as part of Capitol Records.

Career

Ferras was signed to EMI's Capitol Music Group after an audition for the label's chairman Jason Flom while on Spring Break from Berklee College of Music.

Ferras then flew to New York City to cut the demos which would eventually form his debut album Aliens & Rainbows, which will be released on April 1, 2008.

The first single from the album will be Hollywood's Not America, and will feature as the "exit song" of part of Season 7 of American Idol.
