I realize it's serious when an admin blocks an admin, and I have never done so; but this is something else. If you're agitated about something in real life, maybe you need to log off for a few hours, or maybe there's someone you could ping to talk to. Mikka did not threaten to cut an editor's throat, he just used an example by analogy (perhaps not the best choice of an example, but not a direct threat nevertheless). You are not Mikka's mother to make sure he does not cross an invisible line only mothers see. If your only concern was that Mikka wouldn't go beserk on other editors, then your block is completely misplaced.
