The image is tagged public domain but has a comment that the copyright holder gave the uploader permission to post the image on Misplaced Pages. Has the copyright holder in fact released the photo into the public domain? --Una Smith (talk) 07:02, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Only remaining image by uploader unproven to be a copyright violation. Appears to be another upload using an illigetimate license to circumvent WP:NFCC#1. — pd_THOR | 20:07, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

No evidence that the uploader holds copyright — PC78 (talk) 20:21, 23 February 2008 (UTC).

What kind of evidence do you want? want me to take a picture of the full thing instead of just cutting the top? Dengero (talk) 22:49, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
With respect, it looks like this is an image taken from a website or scanned from a magazine or somewhere. If that is the case, then you are not the copyright holder. If you are the original photographer (which I doubt), or have been granted permission to use this image on Misplaced Pages, then please provide some evidence that this is the case. PC78 (talk) 01:11, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
I'm not too familiar with the copyright policies but does this count? Dengero (talk) 02:16, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
