The Architecture Israel includes a wide variety of architectural styles which have been constructed over thousands of years. The numerous peoples who have controlled the land over time have each had an influence with Templar and Arabic styles common in some old cities. Perhaps what Israel is most renowned for in terms of architecture is the White City of Tel Aviv with its Bahaus styled buildings a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Israel is, however, a young country, and most architecture in the country is of modern styles. Recently, many skyscrapers have been constructed in the country with the tallest, the Moshe Aviv Tower in Ramat Gan being 244 meters in height.
