Warsaw's New Town is a neighbourhood dating from the 15th century. It lies just north of the Old Town and is connected to it by ulica Freta (Template:Lang-en), where Marie Curie was born, which begins at the Barbican. Like the Old Town, the New Town was destroyed by the Nazis during World War II and rebuilt after the war.
Some buildings and structures in the New Town
- St. Hyacinth's Church, Warsaw (Kościół św. Jacka)
- Church of Order of the Holy Sacrament (Kościół Sakramentek)
- Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Kościół Mariacki)
