Lott Dod is a fictional character from the Star Wars universe. He was a Neimoidian played by Alan Ruscoe in the film The Phantom Menace.
Dod was the senator who represented the Trade Federation in the Galatic Senate and was known for bureaucratic wrangling to further the Federation's aims and hinder the efforts of their enemies. Despite testimony to the contrary from Naboo's representatives Queen Amidala and Senator Palpatine, Dod denied any wrongdoing on the part of the Trade Federation, and it is implied that he was unaware of precisely what Nute Gunray was up to. He demanded that an independent commission be appointed and to Naboo to ascertain the veracity of the Queen's claims.
A mistake in the end credits of Attack of the Clones has Senator Dod appearing in that film alongside Viceroy Gunray, when in fact it is another Neimoidian entirely, named Gilramos Libkath, who assists Gunray.
