Declan Ganley is a multi-millionaire businessman and Chairman and CEO of Rivada Networks, a US defence contractor. He founded and is president of Libertas, a small Irish group, which is campaigning for a 'no' vote to the Treaty of Lisbon referendum being held in Ireland in June 2008.
