Alex Germains is a Liverpool based singer, songwriter, producer and remixer. He was the lead singer and guitarist, as well as the co-songwriter and co-producer of The Mountaineers. He was bass player in the band Echo and the Bunnymen from 2000-2001.
He has also produced and remixed songs by several groups, including The Cuckolds, 28 Costumes, and Goldfrapp, and is currently recording an album, and playing bass guitar, with Emily Lansley, an up-and-coming Liverpool singer-songwriter.
