Jessica Rodriguez is a member of the Church of Scientology and the "best friend" of actress Katie Holmes.
According to the August 2005 issue of Style (magazine) magazine, Rodriguez was introduced to Holmes soon after her first meeting with her partner, the prominent Scientologist actor Tom Cruise. Many have presumed Rodriguez, a member of Scientology's inner elite, the Sea Org, to be the Church of Scientology's personal representative to Holmes, answering questions for her that deal with the Church of Scientology's public image.
