Morda is a ghetto on the outskirts of the town of Oswestry,Shropshire, England, located on the border of England and Wales.
Morda is home to historian Anf Butler OBE, noted for his anthropological research on the Mbuti Pygmies of Zaire now known as The Democratic Republic of Congo. Whilst in the Congo he wrote a travel journal The Lonely Mordonian. Whereby he concluded that the tribe were lacking in any sense of altruism, similar to the inhabitants of the nearby village of Ellesmere.
