FYI - I warned Floyd about this issue again. The guy may need to be banned from the article.--David Shankbone 13:25, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
Hello
Just so you know, you're drawing attention to yourself like a flashing lighthouse on a clear night. Reverting edits (without understanding the advice contained in them, by the looks of it) and clearing your edit pages runs from vandalism to very bad form. Apropos things like the CD scan you uploaded, people have actually tried to help you fix the problem; you've turned them away. Be unsurprised when the image is deleted. You might want to think a bit harder about what you're doing. --Tagishsimon (talk) 00:46, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry. I think I failed to assume good faith there. Here's how it goes. Removing warnings, as you did here without addressing all of the issues; and blanking your user page, makes you look like a vandal. However that's misleading & misled me. The problem with the Getlikeme image, right now, is that you're saying it is self-made. It may be that you have scanned a CD, and so technically have "made" the electronic image. However the image was in fact made by the record company. I think you need tochange the phrase "self-made" to something like "The cover art can or could be obtained from Warner Bros. Records" or whoever it is released the CD. --Tagishsimon (talk) 00:58, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
- On the basis of the above issue, would you please confirm that you took these two photos: Image:Briancook.jpg and Image:Jsantana.jpg. thanks. --Tagishsimon (talk) 01:01, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
- And lastly, be advised of this discussion, which sparked off the above notes. --Tagishsimon (talk) 01:02, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Brian Cook shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. --Mosmof (talk) 05:36, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
