Edward F. Spence (1832 – 1892) was an American politician. He served two terms as Mayor of Los Angeles, California, from December 9, 1884 to December 14, 1886. He also served as Vice-President of First National Bank. He began his political career in the California Legislature and before that was Treasurer in Nevada.
