Edward F. Spence (18321892) was an American politician. He served two terms as Mayor of Los Angeles, California, from December 9, 1884 to December 14, 1886. He also served as Vice-President of First National Bank. He began his political career in the California Legislature and before that was Treasurer in Nevada.
