New York State Route 420 is a state highway located in the northern part of New York, USA. This highway is a north-south route located entirely within St. Lawrence County, linking the Towns of Massena and Stockholm.

It used to be NY Route 20 but U.S. route 20 came in so now it's 420.

The northern terminus of NY 420 is at New York State Route 37 in the Village of Massena near the Grasse River. The southern terminus is at U.S. Route 11 near the community of East Part by the St. Regis River.

The signs marking the highway are frequent targets of theft by students of nearby SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson University because of the number's association with cannabis culture.
