Margo Albert and others formed the Plaza de la Raya arts complex in East LA in 1970 which contains the Margo Albert Theatre. Her husband Eddie Albert served as chairman after her demise until shortly before his death. Their son Edward Albert, who put his career on hold to care for his ailing father, continues to be on the board.
