miranda is a user on English Misplaced Pages since January 14, 2007, where she is most active. She is not an administrator, but is a trusted copyeditor with rollback. Twinkle and huggleless, she has contributed good and featured content, made many many graphics, reviewed some articles, and designed Neil's awesome page and a RFA thanks template. A lover of society and ANTM (not drama), she participates in topics related to her interests and uploads many famous (and non-famous) pictures to Wikimedia Commons, a free media resource. Nearly (or barely) active with all of the projects presented by the Wikimedia Foundation, she is an exopedist Frequently speaking her mind when issues matter the most, she is the epitome of coolness. Other than being an avid Simpsons fan and an expert scrapbooker, her interests are random. Her contributions are under CC-BY-SA 3.0, and her sock's name is adnarim. If you have any questions for her, leave a comment by clicking new section on her talk page or via e-mail.

Thanks for all the suggestions in the GA review! Your work in reading through the article really helped improve it! --Falcorian 07:14, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

Great job improving the Mali article! Kaldari (talk) 21:32, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for the compliment. :-) miranda 04:17, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
Aloha, Miranda
Ummm... was there a reason you re-inserted an unsourced statement here? Mahalo. --Ali'i 18:20, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
- Yep. You deleted the author attribution as well, which is discussed on the talk page. miranda 18:31, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
- Ummm you shouldn't use rollback in that situation then... you should have just re-added the name, and left the unsourced statement out. Rollback should be used for "undoing edits that are blatantly nonproductive." (emphasis in original). My edit was very productive, and I shouldn't have to tell you how to use (or not use) your tools properly. I'll re-delete the statement again. Mahalo. A hui hou. --Ali'i 18:39, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
- Nevermind, you got it. Thanks! --Ali'i 18:40, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
I'll just stick this here so another section won't be created... I don't know how much it matters, but your vote on my request was made after it should have closed. I don't know what the procedure is (or if there is one) for this. Just thought I'd let you know. Mahalo again. --Ali'i 17:41, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- RFA closes when the bureaucrat or bureaucrats come to the consensus to promote or not promote a candidate for adminship. Bureaucrats can extend the time for a candidate to be on adminship. I have seen this occur many times. miranda 17:54, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks. But wouldn't they normally make a note that they were extending it? Thanks. A hui hou (see you later). --Ali'i 18:03, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
Mali
That's fantastic :D Thank you very much. I've sent you an email. Naerii - Talk 20:38, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
- Oops I just read your previous email (I never check my email very often). That's fine. Let me know when. Naerii - Talk 20:13, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
- I never offer to do this kind of thing but during and following peer review suggestions I'll try to give the article a decent copyedit as i think parts of the article could be better expressed. I'm not some kind of copyedit hero though so still try to get a serious copyeditor to review it if the article's heading for FA. Don't wait up for a response from the league of copyeditors though! WikiProject Law ← requested article
I decided to request an article on "selective publication." Maybe, however, that is not the right name for the concept (i.e., who decides which cases have precedential value?) and it already has an article. The closest topic that I can find on here is judicial opinion. 69.140.152.55 (talk) 00:57, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

The "deletes" from the AfD on Reaction to Tim Russert's death are attempting a backdoor delete through a redirect/merge now. There's a discussion at the talkpage regarding this, but they're now attempting to redirect it without having built consensus for doing so. S. Dean Jameson 17:30, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
