Possibly over money issues, one of wich was T-Shirt royalties he did not receive because he wasn't "A real Ramone". This opened a spot for Clem Burke or "Elvis Ramone" (of Blondie fame) to play a two show stint with the band before being ejected for Marky Ramone to return. Richard Reinhardt (a.k.a Richie Ramone) is an American drummer best known for his work with the punk rock group the Ramones.
