I know you asked me to stay off your talk page but I don't think this is appropriate for AN/I so I don't really have another way to inform you. Please stop the vague insinuations that I am somehow defending or involved with PGL or the IP. I opposed the block, for sure, and I asked for a review of it. But I also opened the RFCU and gave the exact same evidence you did at it. I don't feel any insinuation that I am "defending him" from you is appropriate. Please refactor such accusations. The reason I merged the member list to this page, and made membership dependent on adding a user box to a person's user page which adds their name to a category is:

  1. Article Rescue Squadron will be advertised more. Every member will have the icon on their user page. More advertising = more members = more work done on Article Rescue Squadron.
  2. The list of members will be active and dynamic (inactive members will simply remove the user box).
