Gattamaneni Mahesh Babu is one of the top actors in the Indian Telugu movie industry. He is the son of the legendary Telugu actor, Krishna. Born on August 9th, 1974, he started out his movie career as a child actor in his father's films before turning professional at the age of 22.
Known for his boyish good looks, charisma, and polished acting and dancing skills, Mahesh has starred in some very successful movies such as Rajakumarudu, Murari and Okkadu.
As the son of the famous Krishna, Mahesh has had big expectations ever since he arrived in the movie industry and some feel he has underachieved up to this point in his career.
Mahesh tied the knot in Feburary 2005 with Bollywood actress Namratha Shirodkar.
