Declined The only IP is a good faith editor, not a vandal. I'm disappointed that no communication (apart from a final warning) has been tried with the IP. Not everyone here is knows the wiki policies inside out, so we teach before we block. This seems very bitey. Without that IP, there is not enough activity to justify protection.
