Joanna Dove Hayes (born December 23, 1976 Williamsport, PA) is an American runner, who won the gold medal in the Women's 100m Hurdles at the 2004 Summer Olympics at Athens. She was the first American woman to win this event at this distance.
She is the coache of track and field and cross-country running at the Brentwood School in Los Angeles, California.
Hayes is the daughter of Los Angeles homeless persons' advocate Ted Hayes.
