IP range-tracker
This a tool that can "track" IP ranges yesterday. It's very buggy, but if you know the right combinations, it is still pretty useful. There is almost absolutely no way to misuse it if you are only tracking IP ranges, however, for administrative duties (like rangeblocks), utmost care must be used.
To install it, just go to your monobook.js and add the following text:

...then add the CIDR you get from WHOIS. If it doesn't work, it's likely because of the bugs.
The solution I have is re-type that same IP and put /32 or /28 or /26 or /24 or /16 ...the lower the number, the more users & contribs involved. The only way to make it less specific than that is to put ###.###.###.0/# (where "0" replaces the last two to three digits).
