Perumpadapu Swaroopam (also know as Madarajyam, Gosree Rajyam, Kuru Swaroopam) was the name of the Kingdom of Kochi. It included the places around Kochi in Keralam, India. Later, it was merged with Thiruvithaamcoore to create Thiru-Kochi, which were merged with Malabar on November 1, 1956 to form the State of Kerala.
