Gattamaneni Mahesh Babu (Born on August 9th, 1974) is one of the top actors in the Indian Telugu movie industry. He is the son of the legendary Telugu actor, Krishna. He started out his movie career as a child actor in his father's films before turning professional at the age of 22.
Known for his good looks, charisma, and polished acting and dancing skills, Mahesh has starred in some very successful movies such as Rajakumarudu, Murari and Okkadu. Mahesh married Bollywood actress Namratha Shirodkar in Feburary 2005.
