Kimarite (決まり手 or 極まり手 Kimari-te ), is a winning technique of Sumo bout. It may include simple result of bout like "mising his step".

After a winner is declared in Grand Sumo tournament(本場所 hon-basho), the judges will announce type of kimarite.

There is eigty-two type of Kimarite since 2000. But just dozen of Kimarite are normally used. Yorikiri, Oshidashi, Hatakikomi etc. are frequent.
