Mitchum is a brand of deodorant, launched in 1970 by Revlon. It is widely known for its marketing slogan, "So effective you can skip a day". It is an efficient anti-perspirant product containing the maximum concentration of active ingredient Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex GLY (20%) currently allowed.

The gel version of their product used to contain 20% of the anti-perspirant Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly. The formula has since been changed to Aluminum Sesquichlorohydrate, and the slogan "So effective you could skip a day" has been dropped.

Complaints have been recorded of the product bleaching clothes. Also, there have been complaints of rashes developing with the new active ingredient.

Availability

It is available as a roll-on, spray, stick and powder. Its efficiency comes from the inclusion of an anti-bacterial.
