History
After the Kosovo War of 1998-1999, the Albanians in Kosovo wanted to thank the American President Bill Clinton for his help in bombing Serbia to forcefully take administration of the southern Serbian province from Belgrade. There were plans to make a statue of him, but they were delayed due to lack of funding.
