I don't know why you did this , since you left no edit summary. But can you cut it out? ] (]) 16:40, 9 November 2008 (UTC) |

Protection template
Please don't add false semi (or any) protection template to an article unless that article is actually protected, only administrators can protect articles, and they are the ones who add the templates in most cases. AlexiusHoratius 07:22, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
Color/colour in Roy G. Biv
Thanks for your recent edits to Roy G. Biv, but you didn't have to make them. WP:ENGVAR explains, "English Misplaced Pages has no general preference for a major national variety of the language. ... Cultural clashes over spelling and grammar are avoided by using the following four simple guidelines," namely,
- The spelling should be consistent within the article (it was);
- If there's a strong national tie to the article (there wasn't), it should match the nation;
- The original spelling in the article should be kept (you didn't); and
- Try to replace it with a common word which works just as well (no such word exists)
It's not a big deal, and there's no need to change it back, but I thought you should know, so you can save time in the future. Travisl (talk) 23:05, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
appreciation
I see you've not been around long, and not incredibly active (on this account, at least), but I want to thank you for reverting the vandalism at Heather O'Rourke. — pd_THOR | 02:26, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
