The music video for “Bucky Done Gun" was directed by ]. It features Maya rapping aggressively against a desolate wasteland (a dystopia which seems to imply the aftermath of the recent ]), erratically interspersed with scenes of her performing live in an underground nightclub, entirely filmed in an artsy, guerrilla style. The video is also marred with intriguing images of teenagers throwing grenades of smoking colour at buildings; Maya's live back up singer ] provocatively grinding against a chain-linked fence and giggling children playing in downtrodden streets and damp landscapes.
