Breach of Policy
I am sorry, but this is a clear breach of WP:OWN. You cannot prevent others from posting legitimate comments on your talk page. User talk pages are there to enable communication between users and to allow users to notify others about anything related to Misplaced Pages. You cannot stop users doing this.
