The Conrail Historical Society, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Marysville, Pennsylvania. The Society exists to preserve and restore equipment, items pertaining to, and photographs of the Consolidated Rail Corporation (more commonly known as Conrail), specifically and of American railroading in general. As of 2008, the group publishes a quarterly magazine and a calendar, as well as other occasional mailings. They host a convention each year, with 2008's convention being in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

The CRHS owns two pieces of on-track equipment: caboose 21165 and track car 328.
