Afghanistan-Estonia relations are foreign relations between Afghanistan and Estonia. Afghanistan recognised Estonia’s independence on September 7, 1991. Diplomatic relations between both countries were established in July 1, 2005. Afghanistan does not have any representation in Estonia. Estonia has an honorary consulate in Kabul.

Estonia has sent 90 soldiers to contribute to the International Security Assistance Force.
