It also offers postgraduate courses in Environmental engineering,structural engineering and turbomachines. This institute was upgraded to a National Institute of Technology. This institute was upgraded to a National Institute of Technology. It was earlier called Sardar Vallabhbhai Regional College of Engineering and Technology (SVRCET). This institute offers seven undergraduate courses of Bachelor of Technology in various disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Chemical, Computers and Production. It also offers postgraduate courses in Enviornmental engineering, Structural engineering, Water-resources engineering, Turbomachines, general Mechanical, Electronics and Chemical Engineering. Some candidates are also persuing PhDs.
