Harcmistrz is the highest scouting instructor rank in Poland.
Rank insignia
- Scouting Cross on a red background - carried above the left upper pocket of the uniform.
- Red Scouting Lily badge - carried on the left sleeve, in the middle of the arm.
History
- Harcmistrz Rzeczpospolitej (hm. RP), Harcmistrz of the Republic of Poland (Rzeczpospolita) - was the highest pre-war instructor rank.
- Harcmistrz Polski Ludowej (hm. PL), Harcmistrz of the People's Republic of Poland - was the highest and honorary instructor rank from 1965 until 1989.
