Dąb Car (Tsar Oak), belarussian Царь-Дуб, one of the largest and strongest oak-trees in Białowieża Forest. Circumference 640 cm (250 in), height 41 m (135 ft). The tree's volume has been estimated at 75 m (2,600 cu ft). It dried down in 1984, and for over 20 years it has been standing dead on the edge of the valley of Leśna Prawa river. Today the trunk is totally devoid of bark and some of the branches have broken off and lie at the base of the trunk. It was the highest oak in Polish part of Białowieża Forest. Age of the oak is estimated at 450-500 years.

The name "tsar oak" is often given, on the areas of belarussian culture, for any higher and stronger oak. Name tsar is after russian monarch, "tsar oak" means "king oak", king of the forest.

Belarussian Tsar Oak

The same name, Tsar Oak (Царь-Дуб), has the oldest Belarusian oak-tree, its height is 46 meters, and age – more than 800 years (in Pozhezhin Forest Station).
