I don't exactly remember how I encountered the Twinkle main page (where they direct you to the monobook) but I've had no previous accounts, and have never edited the Wiki as an IP. Many thanks for your review at WP:ER! I understand your concerns about my content contribution, however I really don't think content contribution is my forte.
