Blond (or blonde) is a pale yellow color; the word is typically used to describe that color of hair, especially human hair, and, to a lesser extent, that color of wood. 'Blond' may also be used as a noun to refer to a person with hair of such a color. Pale skin, light-colored --- usually blue --- eyes, and, perhaps, Scandinavian descent are also commonly indicated.
