Eduard Müller (November 12, 1848 - November 9, 1919) was a Swiss politician.
He was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on August 16, 1895 and died in office on November 9, 1919. He was affiliated to the Free Democratic Party.
During his office time he held the following departments:
- Department of Justice and Police (1895 - 1897)
- Military Department (1897 - 1898)
- Political Department (1899)
- Military Department (1900 - 1906)

He was Presidents of the Confederation three times in 1899, 1907 and 1913.
