Etymology
The term frot derives directly from the French term frottage meaning "rubbing" under the influence of, but not with the same meaning as, the psychological term frotteurism, also known as frottage.
Slang
Slang terms for frot include "phrot", "swordfighting", "cockrub", "manrub", "penis fencing", "bumping dicks", "frication", "wrestling", "cock knocking", "cock2cock", "the Woodberry Hello", "the Princeton Rub", and so on.
"Docking" is a variant of frot that masturbates both penises with the foreskin of one penis over the glans of the other penis. It is somewhat more vulnerable to STDs because of the exposure of the urethra and the inner lining of the foreskin to the partner's semen.
