You have has readded it to your user page despite the consensus. Note that while the image has been removed from the blacklist, the removing admin agreed with that assessment. As such, the image is removed. You may seek an RfC to restore the image if you'd like a wider audience, but any restoration of this image to your user page absent a new consensus that such is allowable would be a disruptive edit.
