I had to add details about Justice Nazario and her husband's controversy to make this article neutral and for detailed info relevant to the article or auto.
The first controversy concerns her husband, not her, and belongs in his article, if and when he gets one. The second controversy doesn't sound so much like a controversy, just one defendant's disagreement with a judgement against him.
