Beni Hassan (also Bani Hasan) is a Bedouin group, one of several Yemeni tribes who emigrated to northwest Africa and present-day Western Sahara in the Middle Ages. It is also the name of the largest tribe in Jordan. Accounting for about 10% of the population.

Bani Hassan are said to be descendants of Hasan, the son of Ali Bin Abi Talib, Prophet Mohammad's cousin.
