Luby's is a buffet-style restaurant chain located in the southern United States in Arkansas, Arizona, Lousiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

A deadly shooting spree occurred at a Luby's restaurant in Killeen, Texas on October 16, 1991 when George Hennard gunned down 24 people. The restaurant was later reopened after cleanup, but due to the declining financial health of the chain overall it was later closed for good.
