Ginsberg told me in 1994 that he quit because he proved his point, had no time for meetings, and had other things to deal with in his own life. I do not know if that was everquoted or printed but this was a one on one conversation. He also told me it was not a sex club but a discussion group. I also know that Allen was not a pedophile (which I find sickening)....

What is the source for your claim he quit NAMBLA. The source I cited says that he maintained membership of NAMBLA into 1997, the year of his death . I think the article is essentially sympathetic but doesnt dispute the fact. Mrdthree 20:05, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
