Dennis Erickson (born March 24, 1947, in Everett, Washington) is an American Football coach who has formerly been the head coach of the University of Miami football team, the Seattle Seahawks, the Oregon State Beavers, and the San Francisco 49ers.

Considered a coaching vagabond, Erickson's name has been mentioned in connection with several vacant college head football coaching vacancines, including at San Diego State
