A septillion is a large number equal to a 1 with 24 0's, namely:

1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

This number is just a little less than twice as large as Avogadro's number, which is a mole in chemistry.

It is a thousand sextillion and one thousandth of an octillion.
