Maurice Roëves (born 19 March 1937 in Sunderland) is a British actor.

Some of his many television roles include the 1984 Doctor Who serial The Caves of Androzani, Days of Our Lives (1986), Tutti Frutti (1987), Spender (1991), the BBC adaptation of Vanity Fair (1998) and EastEnders (2003).

He recently starred in the BBC drama/documentary 'Surviving Disasters', portraying Sir Matt Busby in the story of the Munich Air Disaster.

His film roles include the 1992 version of The Last of the Mohicans, the Judge Dredd movie (1995) and Beautiful Creatures (2000).
