$#*! My Dad Says (pronounced "Bleep My Dad Says") is an upcoming American television sitcom to air on CBS beginning in fall 2010, based on the Twitter feed Shit My Dad Says, created by Justin Halpern and purportedly consisting of quotes from his father Sam.

The title of the broadcast series has been modified from the source material in order to comply with Federal Communications Commission regulations on the use of profane language during primetime. The profanity will also be toned down and modified from Halpern's Twitter feeds.

The program will also reunite cast members Will Sasso and Nicole Sullivan, who performed together on MADtv.

A parents group is threatening CBS affiliates with broadcast license challenges against the title that alludes to obscenity.
