Sibur is a Russian petrochemicals company controlled by Gazprom. The activities of Sibur include refining of the feedstock gas, production of monomers and polymers, methanol production , mineral fertilizer, tires, synthetic rubber and plastics processing.

Shareholders of Sibur (June 2009) are the Gazprom-owned company OJSC Gazprombank Group (70% minus 1 share) and the Gazfond (25% plus 1 share).
