The A426 road is a road in England which runs from the city of Leicester to Southam in Warwickshire via Lutterworth and Rugby.

In addition to these towns it passes through or bypasses Aylestone, Glen Parva, Blaby, Cotesbach, Dunchurch and Hill. The major intersections of the A426 are with the A563 Leicester outer ring road north of Blaby, the M1 motorway's junction 20 is 400m east of its roundabout with the A4303 south of Lutterworth, two miles south of that it crosses the A5 (Watling Street), then the M6 motorway's junction 1 north of Rugby the former A45 road near its junction with the M45 motorway at Dunchurch, it terminates when it meets the A423 road at the northern end of the Southam bypass. These connections make it a busy route especially for freight traffic.
