Report active, obvious, and persistent vandals and spammers here. Shortcut

Before reporting, read the spam and vandalism pages, as well as the AIV guide. To submit, edit this page and follow the instructions at the top of the "User-reported" section. For other issues, file a request for administrator attention.

    Important!
    1. The edits of the user must be obvious vandalism or obvious spam.
    2. Except for egregious cases, the user must have been given enough warning(s).
    3. The warning(s) must have been given recently and there must be reasonable grounds to believe the user(s) will further disrupt the site in the immediate future.
    4. If you decide that a report should be filed place the following template at the bottom of the User-reported section:
      • * {{Vandal|Example user or IP}} Your concise reason (e.g. vandalised past 4th warning). ~~~~
    5. Requests for further sanctions against a blocked user (e.g., talk page, e-mail blocks) should be made at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
    6. Reports of sockpuppetry should be made at Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations unless the connection between the accounts is obvious and disruption is recent and ongoing.
This noticeboard can grow and become backlogged. Stale reports are automatically cleared by MDanielsBot after 4–8 hours with no action.
You can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

Not sure I see vandalism here; this seems to be a content dispute. I also don't see the WP:3RR. It would be a great idea to start a discussion on the article's talk page. Could you provide some other diffs of the IPs that have been stalking you? Kuru (talk) 16:29, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
It's vandalism in the sense that he just erases useful titles, incl. that of Glantz, which IMO is irreproachable. His first edit today came less than an hour after I had added an equivalent title to the article on Polish/Prussian subject (the oak was named after a person also knowns as Johannes von Baysen).
True, at Effects of World War II he made just 3 reverts, I miscalculated: one of his edits wasn't a revert. He generally stalks me, pushes his pseudo-antifascist POV, not exceeding technically 3 reverts rule (just like at Party for Freedom, where he unilaterally declared the party far-right). He started to follow my edits after I had tried to cut down the politically motivated and poorly formated criticism at a page he owns since December 2009. This noticeboard is for obvious vandals and spammers only. Consider taking this report to Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. Discussion makes it clear it's too complicated for this page. Daniel Case (talk) 16:54, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
I understand that it is a complicated issue, but have little faith in complicated dispute resolution processes. This had been going on for months before I even noticed this. The politically motivated POV pushing by this IP range has been going on for months, incl. blatant WP:BLP violations against people he dislikes and describes as nazis, based on falsified evidence. The drama at Heinz Nawratil could only end when the subject himself (!) registered and raised the issue at talk page. There is very likely some WP:COI involved, hence his choice of topics and all that mud-slinging. Miacek and his crime-fighting dog (t) 17:03, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
As soon as I remove a POVish category per concern of another user, I get reverted. That simple it is. And go tell him, that he has no sources for determine a subject in so unilateral a manner! Miacek and his crime-fighting dog (t) 17:59, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
I agree with Daniel Case, this report is too complex for and is out of scope for this noticeboard. —DoRD (talk) 18:02, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
With his edit he basically committed another BLP violation. But I if I report it somewhere here, it will take days, and finally it is likely that no consensus is reached. A report to his ISP seems more expedient, to be honest. Miacek and his crime-fighting dog (t) 18:05, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
